G-ral Eremia Grigorescu 87, Cluj-Napoca, 400304 Cluj, Romania, registered as a personal data operator, under no. 23264
- User – defines any natural or legal person who uses HostVision services.
- Customer – defines any natural or legal person who initiates an order.
- Order – request addressed to HostVision by a natural or legal person requesting web hosting services or domain registration and which does not create contractual obligations for the parties.
Obligation to register on the site
In order to use the services offered by the HostVision site, the user undertakes:
- Provide true, accurate and complete identification data as required by the site registration form;
- To maintain and update, when the situation requires it, the registration data to be true, accurate and complete. If the customer provides information that is not in accordance with reality, inaccurate or incomplete, the administrators of the HostVision site have the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the user’s account and refuse all current or future attempts to use the HostVision site.
Order, payments and invoicing
- Any order will be made online on the HostVision website https://client.hostvision.ro. Customers undertake to enter in the form complete data, correct and in accordance with reality. The registration of the domains is done in accordance with the laws in force. HostVision cannot be held liable in any way for any inconvenience caused by the provision by customers of incorrect or incomplete information.The order placed will be confirmed by an email which has the role of notifying the customer that the new order has been registered in system.
- Placing and registering the order in system does not engage contractual obligations for either party. The customer can cancel the order by not paying the issued proforma and Hostvision can cancel the acceptance and processing of the order by canceling it and returning the amount paid (if applicable).The customer agrees that this confirmation of receipt of the order does not represent a confirmation of the validity of the order or of the processing of the ordered services, and does not generate contractual obligations from Hostvision.
