This is a decision taken with a heavy heart by the team for several reasons First of all, personal reasons. Also, the health crisis slowed down the association. Many of the clients are small businesses, artisans, and self-employed for whom this health crisis has cut their income altogether. And many can no longer afford their site once their charges have been paid. This impacts, therefore in fact the income of the association. In addition, they never raised the subject, wanting to leave these issues internally. In 2017, they trusted an accounting firm that has never kept its commitments. This litigation was brought and judged in court, more than a year ago, proving us right in this case.
This left traces within the association: Loss of motivation, exhaustion, consequent expenditure of money in legal costs. For all these reasons, it was agreed with the board and the team members that it was time for us to distance ourselves from Proxgroup.
